When you request a quote or book work, we ask for:

- Your vehicle registration number
- Your postcode and the address where fitting will take place
- Details of the damage, including photographs you choose to send
- Information about equipment fitted to your vehicle, such as sensors or cameras
Your vehicle registration is used to identify the correct glass specification for your vehicle. Photographs are used to confirm the damage before glass is ordered.
If you contact us by phone, we keep a record of the enquiry and the vehicle details discussed. We do not record calls.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We process this information to provide a quote, to source the correct glass, to arrange and carry out the work, and to deal with any follow-up including work under our guarantee.
Our lawful basis is performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where we keep records for accounting and warranty purposes, our lawful basis is legal obligation and legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with glass suppliers in order to source the correct pane for your vehicle. This normally means the vehicle make, model, year and specification rather than your personal contact details.
If you ask us to deal with an insurer, we will share the information needed to progress that claim, with your agreement.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch.
Where we have carried out work, we keep the job record, including vehicle details and what was fitted, for as long as we may need it to honour our guarantee and to meet HMRC record-keeping requirements. Financial records are kept for six years as required by UK tax law.
This website
This site runs on WordPress and uses a caching plugin to improve loading speed. Your web host and these tools may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Ask us to delete information where we no longer need it
- Restrict or object to how we use it
