What if I do not know whether my car has a camera or sensor?
Send the registration anyway. We check the specification rather than asking you to work it out.
If you want a quick indicator: automatic wipers that react to rain usually mean a rain sensor, and lane keeping or automatic emergency braking usually mean a windscreen camera.
How quickly will I hear back?
During opening hours, the same day. Enquiries that arrive in the evening after we close, or on a Sunday, are answered the next working day.

Do I have to commit when I ask for a quote?
No. A quote is a quote. Plenty of people are checking whether to claim on insurance or pay directly, and that decision needs a number first.
If your excess makes claiming pointless, we will say so rather than staying quiet about it.
Can you help if my car is not driveable or not secure?
Call rather than emailing. A vehicle with no side glass overnight or a screen you cannot see through is a different conversation from a chip that can wait a week.
