Why does it matter who fits your glass?
Because almost everything that decides the quality of a glass job is invisible when you drive away.
The screen looks right on the day whether or not the aperture was cleaned back properly, whether the primer was given time, whether the fragments were cleared from inside the door. Those choices surface weeks later as wind noise at 60mph, damp in the footwell after heavy rain, or a window that starts jamming.
Will the person who quotes me be the person who turns up?
Yes. There is no dispatch system routing your job to whoever is nearest. You speak to Adnan and Adnan fits the glass.
It also means we say no sometimes. If a location will not allow safe work, or the weather on the day would compromise a bond, you get told rather than booked in and disappointed.
What happens if something is wrong afterwards?
Call us. The fitting is guaranteed against water leaks, wind noise, bonding failure and workmanship, and the same person who fitted it comes back to look at it.
Small problems get cheaper the earlier they are raised. A leak ignored becomes damp carpet, then mould, then electrics. Read what the guarantee covers.
Are the photos on this site your actual work?
Yes. Every photograph across the site is a job we have done, not stock imagery.
That is a low bar, but it is one a surprising number of glass sites do not clear.
